• Personalised jewellery can take up to 10 business days to be made and shipped out, depending on the demand at the time you placed your order. These jewels are all engraved and assembled manually, one by one. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! :)
• For engraved jewellery: each jewel is laser-engraved by myself upon request. Since this is a manual process, please understand that the engraved design can be slightly off-centered (1mm or less)! 😊
• Personalised jewels are made of 304 stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic for most people and resistant to corrosion. However the process of laser-engraving removes the top layer of the engraved areas and can lead to rusting: make sure you take good care of your jewel by keeping it dry and by avoiding wearing it at the beach, pool, etc 😙

After wearing the jewellery for a long time, some level of tarnishing is perfectly normal. Don’t worry, there is nothing wrong with your jewellery and this can be easily fixed: simply wash your jewellery gently or use a soft polishing cloth and your jewellery will look brand new again :)

Some care and wear instructions:

• these jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care

• avoid wearing your jewellery in the swimming pool, sea, when you're going to sweat a lot, etc.

• keep it in a dry place when you don’t wear it, if possible in the dark (a box or pouch for instance)

• occasionally use a polishing cloth to avoid tarnishing

• wash the earrings before wearing them

• if you use lotion/perfume, use it before putting on your jewellery (spraying the jewellery with chemicals can damage it)

• Colours can vary slightly from what you see on your screen to how the item actually looks (due to different screen calibrations and variations in lighting).

• Jewellery can show minor defects since these are produced in very limited quantities. Jewellery with major defects, however, are not sold or are sold at a discounted price during special sales.
